The labor law team provides legal assistance in all matters related to employment, for both employees and employers, including entities from the public sector. The services of the law firm cover not only employment regulated by the provisions of the Labor Code but also civil law forms of employment (contracts for services, managerial contracts, etc.).
We provide legal advice to employees and employers on all aspects of establishing, maintaining, and terminating employment relationships. Legal services include preparing draft contracts (including employment contracts, non-compete agreements) and other documents (such as termination notices, work regulations, remuneration regulations, collective bargaining agreements). The firm’s lawyers participate in conducting collective redundancies and co-lead collective disputes. The law firm also provides legal services to trade unions and other organizations, including on the principles of their operation and in negotiations with employers.
We represent our clients in court disputes before common courts of all instances, as well as before the Supreme Court (e.g., cases of reinstatement, compensation, claims related to mobbing). We also conduct settlement talks and mediations and act as representatives in mediation proceedings.
