For many years, she has been providing comprehensive support to entrepreneurs in all matters related to conducting business activities. She advises on corporate law, including board and supervisory board meetings, as well as structural changes in legal entities. She prepares legal opinions on commercial law and investment agreements.

She also has experience in copyright law and labor law. She participates in due diligence investigations, drafts copyright agreements, and internal regulations related to the circulation of copyright documentation within the company. She was a member of a team responsible for implementing innovative IT solutions based on open-source licenses.

In the field of labor law, she advises clients on issues related to employment reorganization, hiring foreigners, and optimal forms of cooperation with management board members and managerial staff. She also supports clients in matters related to social insurance.

Her litigation practice includes developing dispute resolution strategies, negotiations, drafting procedural documents, and representing clients in court.

Before joining the Law Firm, she gained professional experience, including at one of the leading law firms specializing in labor law, where she advised clients on labor disputes, prepared employment contracts, including non-compete agreements, and contracts with temporary employment agencies.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. She has been an attorney-at-law since 2014.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling.
