Agnieszka Frank-Dembińska

Associated with the Law Firm since 2007, she has extensive experience in representing clients before common courts and the Supreme Court in matters of civil law (including compensation claims), inheritance law (including disputes over inheritance), family law (including divorce, alimony, custody, and visitation rights), labor law (including reinstatement, compensation, and harassment claims), and recognition of foreign court judgments. She provides comprehensive legal services to corporate clients and public institutions, including drafting contracts, legal opinions, regulations, and directives.
She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She is a graduate of the Center for Postgraduate Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge, as well as postgraduate studies in real estate appraisal at the University of Warsaw. She has also completed training in civil and commercial mediation conducted by the Polish Mediation Center. She is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
She loves traveling, triathlons, and water sports such as kitesurfing, wakeboarding, and open water swimming.
