Marcin Bąk


Affiliated with the Law Firm since 2013, he specializes primarily in civil and administrative law, particularly in procedural aspects. He also handles cases in criminal law, focusing on economic crimes and fiscal offenses.

He has extensive experience representing clients in both common courts and administrative bodies. He has successfully handled cases involving “franc loans” (loans denominated in Swiss francs) among others. He also provides ongoing legal advice to business entities, including drafting contracts and legal opinions. Additionally, he specializes in data protection, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Recognized by the Dean of the District Bar Council for achieving exceptionally high results in the bar exam. He is currently an advocate and a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

Privately, he is a history enthusiast and enjoys automotive-related activities.
