Kacper Krawczyk

Affiliated with the Law Firm since 2020, he specializes in intellectual property law with a particular focus on industrial property. He has several years of professional experience gained while working at a patent attorney’s office, where he advised clients from the television, entertainment, food, and industrial sectors on issues related to trademark disputes, industrial designs, copyright, and competition law.
He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. His master’s thesis on the issues of conflicts between registered trademarks and geographical indications in the labeling of food products was awarded in the XIV edition of the Competition for the Best Master’s Theses in the field of intellectual property protection organized by the Polish Patent Office. In 2020, after completing his legal apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Warsaw, he passed the bar exam successfully. For years, he has been providing pro bono support to the independent theater “Pijana Sypialnia” in matters related to trademark protection and intellectual property.
Privately, he is a dancer and a lover of the Balkans and the Caucasus, passionate about contemporary history and politics. He enjoys spending his free time traveling.
He is fluent in English and has communicative proficiency in German and Serbian.
