Jacek Dubois

Associated with the Law Firm since its inception as a partner and co-founder in 1995 of the Law Firm Pociej, Dubois, and previously a partner at Lawyer Service Pociej, Dubois, Borowski, Warfołomiejew – one of the first law firms in Poland.
Specializes in criminal law, including economic criminal law and cases involving personal rights protection. He is a lecturer in substantive and procedural criminal law. He is an active columnist and author of articles on legal topics.
He has acted as defense counsel in many high-profile criminal cases and throughout his career has also represented the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, the Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, as well as the Mayor of Warsaw.
Since 2012, he has been the Vice Chairman of the State Tribunal. He is a member of the Council of the Bronisław Geremek Foundation.
From 1982 to 1986, he studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
He is an advocate and a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
