She specializes in criminal law. One of Agnieszka Walczak’s main interests is organized crime and economic crime. She represents suspects and defendants in cases related to offenses under the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction. She provides legal assistance to support individuals detained, which involves participating in arrest procedures, initial interrogations, and defense in situations where an application for temporary arrest is submitted to the prosecutor’s office. She also represents victims at every stage of criminal proceedings.

In the scope of legal assistance provided, she performs defense activities in enforcement proceedings, including proceedings for postponement of sentence execution, suspension of sentence execution, or conditional release from serving the remainder of a prison sentence.

She gained experience in leading Warsaw law firms. She also collaborated with a law firm that was part of a Polish branch of an international corporation.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Privately, she is a marathon runner.
