Agnieszka Najda-Krocz

Associated with the Law Firm since 2012, she specializes in handling criminal cases as well as economic criminal cases, including at the stage of enforcement proceedings, compensation and redress for wrongful deprivation of liberty and conviction, as well as European Arrest Warrant proceedings.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, she prepared her master’s thesis at the Department of Criminal Law under the supervision of Prof. Andrzej Marek. During her studies, she was an active member of ELSA Poland and Clinic 42, which deals with post-penitentiary assistance. She completed internships at the Ministry of Justice in the Department of Common Courts and at the District Consumer Advocate of the District Office in Toruń. She also completed postgraduate studies in the field of organized crime and terrorism as well as European Union law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
She is an advocate, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She gained professional experience as a judicial assistant in Warsaw courts.
In her private life, she is a enthusiast of motorcycles with a capacity exceeding 599 cm3.
