Adam Klepczyński
Advocate
Associated with the law firm since 2022, he specializes in substantive and procedural criminal law. He previously gained professional experience working as a lawyer in the Precedent Cases Program at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, he was involved in the work of the Law Clinic during his studies, providing legal advice to persons sentenced in one of the Warsaw remand centers. He participated in Postgraduate Studies on Preventing Economic, Fiscal, and Property Crime conducted by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Currently, he is an advocate and a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
He is the author and co-author of publications on criminal procedure and human rights, particularly focusing on access to an advocate, temporary detention, and fair trial.
