Lawyer

The lawyer is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2000), where he subsequently completed his doctoral studies (2007). He prepared his doctoral dissertation in the field of civil law titled “Chance Contracts in Polish Law” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hab. Aleksander Chłopecki. In 2009, he obtained the title of Doctor of Legal Sciences. Since 2003, he has been an academic teacher. He conducted classes for students at the Warsaw University of Technology (2003-2008) and at the Polish Academy of Applied Science (2008-2025). Currently, he is a lecturer at the WSB Academy, Warsaw Branch. He has supervised several hundred master’s and bachelor’s theses. He also collaborates with organizations that provide training for management staff, where he delivers lectures on, among other things, the legal aspects of business activities in Poland as well as corporate and documentation governance.

By profession, he is a lawyer registered on the list of the Bar Association in Warsaw. He specializes in civil law, commercial law, economic law, and construction law.
