Zuzanna Miąsko

Associated with the Firm since 2019. In 2018, she obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. In 2023, she completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Corporate Restructuring and Business Recovery.
She specializes in matters concerning the protection of personal rights, corporate reputation, image rights, and press law, both in criminal and civil contexts. She has advised public figures — including politicians, public officials, and entrepreneurs — in cases involving the protection of personal rights and in managing media crises.
She has successfully handled dozens of court proceedings concerning violations of personal rights of public figures, protection of privacy, as well as the exercise of the right to public criticism of public figures, commentary on socially significant issues, and the safeguarding of freedom of speech.
