Szymon Chmielewski

Associated with the Law Firm since 2009, he has progressed through his career path within the firm from intern to trainee, eventually becoming a attorney-at-law in 2018 and remaining a partner since then.
Within his practice, he leads a team of lawyers specializing in various aspects of commercial law, including corporate law, bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as corporate disputes and ongoing legal support for businesses.
He is a member of the Supervisory Board of J&S Energy S.A.
He gained previous experience as the manager of the Academic Legal Advice Point.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, and also completed postgraduate studies in real estate management at the Faculty of Geodesy and Spatial Management at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
He is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
In 2022, along with the other partners of the Law Firm, he received recognition in the international legal ranking The Legal 500.
He is a classic car enthusiast and enjoys cycling in his free time.
