Radosław Ambroziak
Advocate
Specializing in procedural law, he focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring law, particularly on issues related to out-of-court forms of protection against bankruptcy. He has experience in economic criminal cases and cases involving the possession and use of firearms.
As part of his pro bono activities, he conducts training and lectures for individuals struggling with debt carousel schemes and collaborates with foundations assisting financially distressed individuals.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, he is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
Privately, he is a diving instructor, a fan of mixed martial arts, and passionate about shooting and calligraphy.
