Monika Samek
Advocate trainee
Monika Samek has been affiliated with the Firm since the beginning of 2025. She specializes in civil law matters.
She gained professional experience in law firms focused on civil, criminal, and administrative cases. She holds a Master of Laws degree from one of Poland’s leading universities. Her master’s thesis, supervised by Dr. hab. Sławomir Patyra, explored the right to a defence.
Throughout her studies, Monika was recognized for academic excellence, receiving the Rector’s Scholarship from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Marshal of the Lublin Voivodeship Scholarship. She actively participated in national and international academic conferences on civil and criminal law.
She served as Vice President of the Student Criminal Law Society operating under the Department of Criminal Procedure at the Faculty of Law and Administration of UMCS, as well as Secretary of the UMCS Student Law Society.
Since January 2025, she has been a trainee advocate registered with the Warsaw Bar Association.
Privately, she is passionate about travel and animals.
