Monika Król-Gajewska

Affiliated with the Law Firm since 2000, she specializes in corporate law, commercial law, and real estate law, including handling investment and construction processes in the real estate market. Within her specialization, she primarily provides ongoing legal advice to business entities. She has extensive experience in the transformation processes of commercial law companies, as well as in handling real estate transactions and legal services for development investments.
She is a co-author of the book “Limited Liability Company. Practical Issues,” published by Difin, Warsaw 2006.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed her legal apprenticeship from 2000 to 2004 at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She has been practicing as an advocate since 2004.
In her free time, she enjoys good literature and traveling, with a particular fondness for the Iberian Peninsula.
