Advocate Łukasz Marczyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Canon Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (2012) and the Faculty of Law and Administration, specializing in Law, at the Higher School of Management in Warsaw (2014). His areas of interest primarily include civil law and labor law and social security, with a particular focus on issues related to serious breaches of basic employment duties.

From 2012 to 2018, Łukasz Marczyk worked as a judicial assistant at the District Court for Warsaw Praga-Północ in Warsaw, in the Labor and Social Security Department, and later in the Civil Department. During this time, he participated in numerous training sessions and workshops organized by institutions such as the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, conducted by qualified lecturers who were judges of District, Appellate, and Supreme Courts. Since 2018, he has been providing legal assistance through his own business. In 2020, he passed the bar exam successfully.

In his free time, he is an avid fan of professional boxing. He plays chess and various board games. He loves fantasy and sci-fi books, and occasionally watches anime films when no one is around. He collects vinyl records and dabbles in creating hip-hop music as a hobby.
