Łukasz Marczyk graduated from the Faculty of Canon Law of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (2012) and from the Faculty of Law and Administration, majoring in Law, at the Higher Management School in Warsaw (2014). Łukasz Marczyk’s areas of interest include civil law, litigation, labor law, and social security law, with particular emphasis on matters related to serious breach of basic employee duties. From 2012 to 2018, Łukasz Marczyk worked as a judicial assistant at the District Court for Warsaw Praga-Północ in Warsaw, in the Labor and Social Security Department, and later in the Civil Division. During this time, he participated in a number of training courses and workshops, organized by, among others, the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, led by qualified lecturers who are judges of District Courts, Appellate Courts, and the Supreme Court. Since 2018, he has been providing legal services through his own business. In 2020, he passed the bar exam. He is a fan of professional boxing and a regular squash player.
He loves fantasy and sci-fi books and is also interested in modeling and miniatures for tabletop games.
