Karol Wakar

Trainee legal advisor
With the firm since 2026. He handles a wide range of civil law matters, with a particular focus on cases involving the protection of personal rights.
He gained his experience at Warsaw law firms and state institutions, where he dealt with employment and business law. Additionally, he has a strong passion for constitutional law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. During his studies, he was an active member of the Civil Procedural Law Research Club. He wrote his master’s thesis, titled “The Constitutional Complaint as a Tool for Protecting Human Rights in Poland,” under the supervision of Professor Mirosław Granat.
He is currently a trainee legal advisor and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych).
Outside of work, he is a fan of football and politics.
