Szymon regularly represents both individuals and corporate entities in high-stakes litigation concerning the liability of management board members (past and present), hostile takeovers, abuse of corporate rights, and violations of corporate governance principles.

He leads a multidisciplinary team of lawyers with expertise spanning corporate, regulatory, criminal, and administrative law, allowing him to handle multifaceted shareholder disputes that often involve public sector interference, criminal investigations, or corruption-related issues.
