Zofia Gajewska

Collaborating with the Law Firm since 2008, she is an advocate with over twenty years of experience.
With exceptional finesse and effectiveness, she combines her expertise in civil law, commercial law, administrative law (including property law, construction permits, conservation of monuments, gambling, taxes, and reprivatization), labor law, and criminal law to solve key legal issues for the firm’s clients. These clients primarily include corporate entities in the food, construction, real estate development, and film industries.
She professionally, passionately, and diligently represents clients before state administrative authorities and all levels of courts. She never gives up, and many of the cases she handles are innovative and precedent-setting.
Since 2017, she has been the representative of the Mayor of the City of Warsaw in proceedings before the Verification Commission concerning Warsaw’s properties, including before administrative courts at both instances.
She is also the legal representative of Jurek Owsiak and the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, providing legal assistance at charity events and the Pol&Rock Festival.
She mentors advocate trainees, conducting lectures on legal ethics. Additionally, she serves as the Deputy Disciplinary Spokesperson of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
She is the author of commentaries, publications, and industry articles.
Privately, she is a mother of two daughters, plays tennis, and enjoys reading books.
