Collaborating with the Law Firm since 2014, she is the recipient of the prestigious “Rising Stars – Leaders of Tomorrow 2023” competition, organized by Wolters Kluwer Poland, being the highest-awarded legal professional in that edition. In 2017, she passed the bar exam with honors from the District Bar Council in Warsaw for achieving one of the best results. She is recommended in the international legal ranking Legal 500 EMEA in the “Dispute Resolution” category.
She specializes in administrative and civil proceedings, with a particular focus on compensation cases. She advises on matters that are often innovative and precedent-setting. She represents clients from various industries, including food, agriculture, auditing, energy, and real estate, in proceedings involving fines and administrative sanctions, as well as in proceedings for permits, approvals, and entitlements. She acts as an attorney in tax proceedings, including those related to VAT fraud schemes and the General Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR). She advises in proceedings related to the breach of public finance discipline.
She represents entrepreneurs in class action lawsuits filed against the State Treasury in connection with damages caused during the COVID-19 epidemic.
She is a legal representative of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), providing legal assistance related to the organization and management of the Pol’and’Rock Festival.
She provides pro bono assistance in cases affecting justice, the rule of law, and civil rights. She is the author of legal publications and a co-author of a commentary on the Medical and Dental Professions Act edited by M. Kopec. In 2021, she completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law.
In her free time, she hikes in the mountains, passionately cooks, travels, and is devoted to charitable activities.
